When we made the call to Sargent’s Towing Co., we were stressed out due to our truck just died… Mr. Tim Sargent answered and immediately said I have to get my truck and he got our location said he would be there soon as he could. It wasn’t too long and when he pulled in he got right to work. It felt like he had the truck secured and loaded in 5-10 minutes. He was professional, polite and approachable. We followed him to the auto repair shop and he unloaded the truck in the same manner that he loaded it. He went to his truck cab and wrote us a ticket. He introduced himself to both of us and gave us the ticket. The price was very reasonable especially for it being a Sunday and freezing cold. He was so nice and very helpful. We will definitely call him if we have another problem. Thanks so much for making a hardship such a pleasant experience!!
